Senior Legacy Partners, Inc.

Senior Legacy Partners is an agency in Papillion, Nebraska that provides seniors the information and resources they need to make informed decisions about health care, Medicare, and Medicare supplements when starting their journey into retirement. This can be a confusing process for those in such a transitional state, and Senior Legacy Partners guides clients through it all with the same care you’d use when advising a member of your family.

This new business needed a website, full branding, and advice on social media, digital advertising, and communication strategies.

Website and Customer Service Management System Integration

Since the site serves as the primary window to the business, it needed easy access to contact information and very clear information for lead generation. Working with the Medicare experts at Senior Legacy Partners, BCom built a page that clearly outlined options for seniors and provides an easy way to contact the agency to start a conversation. In addition, we worked with the client to fully integrate the sales and client management systems that were already in place for a seamless transition and easy access to data for consulting.

In addition to the site, we also provided help creating a social media presence, email communication structure as well as advice on the best methods to use social media and digital advertising to reach their audience.

Senior Legacy Partners needed an image and brand that spoke to their customer demographic and their philosophy of educating clients like family.

We delivered a full brand guide to Senior Legacy Partners. This document not only explained how to use each version of their new logo, but it also broke down their brand’s typography and other graphic resources, making the whole package easy to implement in future digital and printed materials. In addition, we did a photoshoot in their hometown of Papillion and created business cards and stationery for their use.

Senior Legacy Partners came to BCom Solutions as a new business serving a population of people nearing retirement. We worked with them to create a site that is not only easy to navigate and understand but also, according to them, we “knocked it outta the park!”
