BCom Solutions has two locations, both recognized as national historic buildings; the Rural Impact Hub in Auburn and the Schwarz Building in Lincoln. With both spaces equally rich in history and culture, we are excited to build our future on strong foundations within the community.
919 Central Avenue in Auburn was where BCom Solutions’ story began. It was our original headquarters, and also founder and CEO Brent Comstock’s hometown. The building is part of the National Historic Registry; its second level is home of the former “New Opera House.”
During the summer of 2017, the space transitioned from the BCom Headquarters to the Rural Impact Hub. Starting as a small-town office in Auburn whose main purpose was serving all rural communities, the Rural Impact Hub has now turned into a place deeply rooted in using community engagement and entrepreneurial thinking for the betterment of the area and rural America at large.
The Schwarz Building in Lincoln, Nebraska
Built more than 130 years ago, the Schwarz Building was first occupied by Hargreaves Brothers, a wholesale grocery. Later, Schwarz Paper Company moved into the building, where it remained for more than a century. Now, it serves as our business headquarters and houses our full-time team. The new location can be found in the heart of the Haymarket, where startups and innovation meet history and community.
